Here's what happens

  1. Tell us your order number and the size or print you'd like.
  2. If it's approved, we email you a free return label and where to send it.
  3. Send it back unworn, with the tags on, in its original packaging. Your new one is on us.

A refund

Here's what happens

  1. Tell us your order number and what you're sending back.
  2. If it's approved, we email you a free return label and where to send it.
  3. Once it's back and approved, we refund you within 10 business days.

It arrived damaged or wrong

Here's what happens

  1. Write to us right away with your order number.
  2. Tell us what's damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
  3. We'll make it right.
